From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The attention to detail and professionalism were exceptional, and it's obvious Amanda truly cares about achieving the best possible result. I'm so happy with my cosmetic lip tattooing. It looks beautiful, natural, and has exceeded my expectations.
Lip blush tattoo.
A soft, sheer wash of colour that defines your lip shape, evens out tone and gives you that healthy, just-bitten look around the clock. Think your favourite tinted balm — without the reapplying. It's Amanda's favourite treatment and the one she's known for across North Brisbane.

Consultations are always on offer.
You're welcome to book straight in — Amanda goes through your design, shape and colour at the start of every appointment, and nothing permanent happens until you're happy. But if you'd rather chat it through first, see the pigments and leave with a plan, book a consultation. No pressure, no obligation.
Lip blush is for you if…
Your lips have lost their colour
Pale, uneven or "washed out" lips get a soft, healthy tint that reads as naturally yours — not lipstick.
Your lip line is uneven or undefined
Lip blush gently defines the border and corrects asymmetry so your lips look balanced, with no harsh outline.
You're over reapplying
Coffee, gym, kids, work — your colour stays put. Most clients say it's the beauty step they'd never give back.

No surprises, no pressure. Here's exactly what happens from "hmm, maybe" to healed.
- 01
The chat
Before anything else — at a consultation if you'd like one, or at the start of your appointment — we talk about what you're hoping for, check suitability and go through your health history. Ask absolutely anything.
- 02
Design & colour
Amanda maps your lip shape, corrects any asymmetry and custom-mixes a colour for your undertone. Bring your favourite lipstick — she'll match it. You approve everything before we start.
- 03
The treatment
Numbing goes on first and stays topped up. The tattoo itself takes around an hour and most clients describe it as a light tingling. Yes, you can talk the whole time.
- 04
Heal & perfect
Lips look bold and glossy for a few days, then peel lightly and settle to a soft tint over 2–4 weeks. A perfecting touch-up 6–12 weeks later locks in your final colour.

What our clients say.
I now have a top lip that is visible and not over the top (at my request) and the colour is perfect - have only procrastinated about getting a lip tattoo for years. Her attention to detail, professionalism, carefully considered opinion on what would work for me and ability to make me feel comfortable and at ease all came together for a wonderful result.
I had my first lip tattoo done with Amanda, from the moment I walked in I felt so comfortable. She matched my favourite lip colour to a TEE and the whole process was surprisingly relaxing. I highly recommend her expertise. She is the best!!
Things people ask Amanda.
Does lip blush hurt?
Amanda uses numbing before and throughout, so most clients feel a light scratching or tingling rather than pain. The most common review line is "surprisingly relaxing".
How long does lip blush last?
It's semi-permanent and fades gradually. Most clients enjoy their colour for one to three years depending on skin, lifestyle and sun exposure, with a refresh when you feel it's softened.
Will it look like lipstick?
No — lip blush is designed to look like your lips, just healthier and more defined. You choose how soft or bold you'd like it at your consultation, and it heals around 30–50% lighter than it looks on the day.
What does healing look like?
Expect some swelling and bold colour for the first 2–3 days, then light flaking. The colour looks very light around day 5–7 (don't panic!) and blooms back over the following weeks. Full aftercare is provided.
I get cold sores — can I still have lip blush?
Yes, but let Amanda know at your consultation. Lip tattooing can trigger an outbreak, so she'll talk you through preventative antivirals with your doctor before your appointment.
Do I have to have a consultation first?
No — consultations are offered, not required. Plenty of clients book straight in, and Amanda goes through your design, shape and colour at the start of every appointment. If you're nervous or have questions, a consultation is a lovely low-pressure way to start.
Do I need a touch-up?
A perfecting session 6–12 weeks after your first appointment is part of the process — it's where Amanda fine-tunes colour and shape once your lips have fully healed.
Ready for lips you don't have to think about?
Book in with Amanda — or start with a consultation if you'd rather chat first. Either way, nothing goes ahead until you're completely happy.
